Donations and Refund Requests
Thank you for choosing to donate to ACNRF. As your donation is being made online without our assistance or involvement, we ask that you complete your details and the amount of your donation carefully. You must assess the suitability of any payment option or service presented on this website. On utilising any of the options you certify that you are 18 years or older and that you have the authority to use the payment method specified.
If you become aware of a fraudulent or unauthorised payment, please immediately notify your bank to stop further payments and seek a refund from your bank. ACNRF is not responsible for any failures or losses or damages associated with the use of a third-party payment processor or facilitator (e.g., bank or Facebook). These payment provisions should be read in conjunction with any other terms specified at the time of payment. Should an error be made all requests for refunds must be made in writing to us via email to: email@example.com
The request should have the details of the initial donation including the date, amount, name of the donor or purchaser, the receipt number and the nature of the error.
ACNRF will endeavour to work with you to correct any such error, and if necessary, make any refund or correction that is appropriate. We cannot immediately cancel or return donations once they have been approved and completed and will consider and determine each error on a case by case basis. Should the refund be approved, any original receipt issued for the incorrect amount immediately becomes void and invalid. A new receipt will be issued where applicable.
ACNRF are the sole owners of the information collected on this website.

- Provide an official tax receipt for donations made to ACNRF;
